Given my experience in setting up the contract activity of the Low Carbon Contracts Company in 2014, which in itself was based on my earlier experience, see Constrained on contracts pre 2001 in my CV (please request), I am considered an expert on Contracts for Difference, CfDs.
I have given multiple talks on the subject see videos. And was hired by Rolls Royce, Heathrow, Gatwick and Manchester Airports, British Airways and Sustainable Aviation Fuel, SAF, to make the case for a CfD for SAF. See reading, This included a secondment partly supported by the Department of Transport.
I have also supported several projects in obtaining and managing their CfD.
